Mick Collopy and Chris Jenkins founded TLM in June 2008 to provide a refreshing approach to marketing solutions, in markets where the "Customer Experience" is critical to success.
The TLM team have a combination of corporate and entrepreneurial small business experience across the Tourism, Leisure and Music industries. Their unique skill sets provide an unusual blend of both business and technical skills as well as access to technology and data assets within their partner network.

Directors
Mick Collopy
Mick is both a business consultant and a musician, a rare combination of experience, which has enabled him to develop a unique perspective of the customer experience within both fields.
Mick has 20 years experience in Marketing Strategy, Business Intelligence, CRM, Planning and Forecasting, and Advanced Analytics. His past employers span several industries including Media & Entertainment but others as well including Toyota, BSkyB, Cisco, aap3 and R.L.Polk.
His music experience includes over 1000 live gigs, having played in numerous bands as a keyboardist/guitarist/singer across multiple genres. He is credited with many compositions including soundtracks for film and TV.
Mick has a BSc in Psychology, and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Chris Jenkins
Chris Jenkins has over 12 years experience in the Tourism, Leisure and Music industry. In 1999 he founded the National Student Music Awards in the UK and was soon promoting concerts all over the UK with a diverse range of bands from Snow Patrol to Ben Kweller and Reef.
After various roles in the TLM industries, Chris was appointed Business Development Manager at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) and Pavilion Theatre in 2003. Whilst at the BIC, in 2005 Chris set up the not for profit organisation Dorset Music Forum and joined the South West Music Forum, to develop and promote the music industry in his county.
In 2008, he left the BIC to set up TLM with Mick and Jill, and became TLM's Business Development Director. Chris has founded Wittdo?com (What Is There To Do), an economic development social enterprise in Leisure and Tourism which received an award from the Bournemouth Chamber of Commerce.
In his spare time Chris also manages the singer and songwriter Streebeck . His debut album "Without A Baedeker" (Label: NSMA Records. Dist. Universal Music) sold thousands and in 2006 he went on a huge 48-date sold out theatre tour with David Essex. Streebeck is now recording his second album.
